MEDALLION FINANCIAL CORP files DEFA14A

Medallion Financial Corp. is urging shareholders to vote FOR its Board's nominees, disagreeing with Glass Lewis & Co.'s recommendation to vote against two of them. The Company asserts that Glass Lewis's report mischaracterizes a settled SEC litigation and fails to consider the nominees' contributions to the Company's significant financial growth, including over "$378 million" in net income before tax between "2021 and 2025" and a "452%" total shareholder return since "January 31, 2017".
