Material Agreement

HCI Group, Inc. entered into comprehensive reinsurance programs for its insurance subsidiaries and sponsored reciprocal insurers for the period June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2027. These programs are designed to mitigate risk from catastrophes and involve multiple private reinsurance companies and the State Board of Administration of Florida.
