Alibaba Group Holding Limited reported a net income of RMB102,127 million (US$14,805 million) for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, a 19% decrease from RMB125,976 million in fiscal year 2025. This decrease was primarily due to a significant reduction in income from operations, partly offset by an increase in net gain from mark-to-market changes of equity investments and net gains from disposal of investments.
