Myomo, Inc. is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders to elect two Class III directors, approve executive compensation, ratify its auditor, increase shares under its incentive plan, and increase authorized common stock. Shareholders will also vote on an advisory proposal regarding board declassification. The Board recommends voting FOR all proposals except the advisory stockholder proposal on board declassification, for which it makes no recommendation.
