Ericsson will transfer up to 1,878,306 of its own Series B shares to cover tax liabilities related to its long-term variable compensation program. This transfer is authorized by the annual general meeting and can occur on Nasdaq Stockholm between May 18, 2026, and the 2027 annual general meeting.
