ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. files DEF 14A

ACRES Commercial Realty Corp. (ACR) is proposing an Internalization Merger with its external manager, ACRES Capital Corp. (ACC), which will result in ACR becoming self-managed. Shareholders are asked to approve the issuance of approximately 7,487,219 shares of ACR common stock for this merger, along with the election of nine directors, an advisory vote on executive compensation, auditor ratification, and a new equity incentive plan.
