Vista Energy announced the closing of its acquisition of Equinor's assets in Vaca Muerta for US$712 million, which includes a 25.1% interest in the Bandurria Sur block and a 35.0% interest in the Bajo del Toro block. The company will consolidate the results of these acquired blocks starting May 1, 2026.
