LM Ericsson Telephone Company repurchased 3,711,316 Class B shares for a total of SEK 391,534,686.89 during the period April 27 – May 1, 2026, as part of a larger share buyback program. Following these repurchases, Ericsson holds 44,113,592 Class B shares in treasury.
