Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 20, 2026, Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it does not expect the recent changes to the Section 232 tariff regime to have a material impact on the Company’s full-year guidance. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
