JD.com, Inc. reported a net income of RMB 23,142 million (US$ 3,309 million) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, a decrease from RMB 44,660 million in 2024, primarily due to increased strategic investment in new business initiatives. The company also declared an annual cash dividend of US$ 0.50 per ordinary share, or US$ 1.00 per ADS, for an aggregate amount of approximately US$ 1.4 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025.
