Allbirds, Inc. is seeking stockholder approval for an Asset Sale to Allbirds IP LLC, an affiliate of American Exchange Group, and has entered into Support Agreements with stockholders holding approximately 71% of voting power to vote in favor of the transaction. A special meeting of stockholders will be held to consider this and other proposals.
