Material Agreement

Allbirds, Inc. has entered into Support Agreements with stockholders holding approximately 71% of voting power to vote in favor of an Asset Sale to Allbirds IP LLC. The company will also prepare and file a proxy statement for a special meeting of stockholders to approve this transaction.
