Sportsman's Warehouse Holdings, Inc. is holding its 2026 Annual Meeting virtually on May 27, 2026, to elect six directors, approve executive compensation on an advisory basis, and ratify the appointment of Grant Thornton LLP as its independent auditor. Shareholders are also asked to approve a second amendment to the 2019 Performance Incentive Plan, which includes increasing the number of shares available for grant by "1,928,000" new shares, and to vote on the frequency of future advisory votes on executive compensation.
