LM Ericsson Telephone Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 31, 2026, approved a dividend of SEK 3.00 per share for 2025, payable in two installments. The AGM also authorized the Board to purchase the Company's own B-shares, not to exceed 10 percent of all shares.
