Sanofi files 6-K

Sanofi announced the EU approval of Rezurock for chronic graft-vs-host disease and the Japanese approval of Dupixent for bullous pemphigoid. The company also reported a recommendation for EU approval of Sarclisa's subcutaneous formulation for multiple myeloma and presented new Phase 3 study results for amlitelimab in atopic dermatitis.
