Prologis, L.P. and its affiliates entered into an Amended and Restated Global Senior Credit Agreement, referred to as the "2026 Global Facility," on March 26, 2026, which amends and restates a prior credit agreement. This new facility allows for revolving loans and letters of credit up to approximately $3,000,000,000, with an option to increase by up to $1,000,000,000.
