SEMPRA files DEF 14A

Sempra's 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held virtually on May 12, 2026, to vote on the election of 11 director nominees, the ratification of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent auditor, an advisory vote on executive compensation, and a shareholder proposal requesting an independent board chairman. The Board recommends "FOR" all proposals except the shareholder proposal, for which it recommends "AGAINST."
