BBVA's Annual General Shareholders' Meeting approved the allocation of EUR 7,156,971,748.36 in profits for the financial year ending December 31, 2025, including a final dividend of EUR 3,425,381,220. The meeting also authorized the Board of Directors to issue securities convertible into shares up to EUR 8,000,000,000 and to acquire own shares.
