Baidu, Inc. reported a net income attributable to Baidu, Inc. of RMB 5.6 billion (US$ 799 million) for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025, a decrease from RMB 23.8 billion in 2024, primarily due to an RMB 16.2 billion (US$ 2.3 billion) impairment of long-lived assets. Total revenue for 2025 was RMB 129.1 billion (US$ 18.5 billion), a 3% decrease from 2024, mainly driven by a decline in online marketing revenue partially offset by growth in cloud services.
