Interactive Strength Inc. filed a Certificate of Designation to create Series D1, D2, and D3 Convertible Preferred Stock, which will be issued in connection with the acquisition of Ergatta, Inc. These preferred shares are intended to convert into common stock on specific dates or under certain conditions.
