Other Events. On March 4, 2026, Canadian Pacific Kansas City Limited issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Canadian Pacific Railway Company, is issuing US$600 million of its 4.000% notes due 2029 and US$600 million of its 5.500% notes due 2056. The offering is expected to close on March 6, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.   ITEM 9.01.
