Other Events On February 20, 2026, Armstrong World Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of Jessica M. Cicali to the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary of the Company, effective April 1, 2026. Ms. Cicali will succeed Austin K. So, who, as previously disclosed, is separating from the Company effective April 1, 2026, in connection with a broader management transition which will also be effective the same date.   A copy of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
