Other Events.
On May 27, 2025, Lincoln National Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the early tender results and upsizing of its previously announced cash tender offer to purchase certain outstanding securities of the Company (the “tender offer”). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
On May 27, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing the pricing terms of the tender offer. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
