On May 16, 2025, the Company held its virtual 2025 Annual Meeting. The number of shares present at the 2025 Annual Meeting was 114,371,672, representing 86.86% of the 131,667,157 shares issued and outstanding that were entitled to vote on March 18, 2025, the record date for the 2025 Annual Meeting. Four items of business were submitted to shareholders at the 2025 Annual Meeting. The voting results for each proposal are set forth below: 1.  Election of Directors .
