On February 4, 2025, Allan Golston, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Stryker Corporation (the “Company”), informed the Company that he will retire from the Board effective as of the Company’s annual meeting of shareholders expected to be held on May 8, 2025 (the “Annual Meeting”). Mr. Golston will continue to serve as a director until the Annual Meeting. Mr. Golston’s decision did not involve any disagreement with the Company.
