Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 4, 2025, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company called for redemption in full of its outstanding $500 million 9.500% Senior Notes Due 2025 (the “Notes”) on February 19, 2025 (the “Redemption Date”). The redemption price will be equal to 100.000% of the principal amount of the Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon to the Redemption Date.
This Current Report on Form 8-K is not a notice of redemption of the Notes. The redemption is being made solely pursuant to the Notice of Redemption, dated February 4, 2025, relating to the Notes.
