(the “Company”) today delivered a Notice of Change in Default Settlement Method (the “Notice”) to securityholders and Computershare Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, announcing the Company’s election to settle in cash its 1.250% convertible senior notes due 2025. The Notice is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
