Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 3, 2024, Kelly Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had approved a share repurchase program covering up to an aggregate of $50 million of the Company’s Class A common stock. The authorization expires on December 2, 2024. Share repurchases will be funded from available cash and equivalents, working capital, credit facility capacity, or cash flows from operations.
The forgoing information is being furnished pursuant to Item 7.01 of Form 8-K and will not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or otherwise subject to the liability of such section.
