Other Events.
On September 16, 2024, The Wendy’s Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the appointment of John Min as the Company’s Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, effective immediately. Mr. Min will report to Kirk Tanner, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and will serve on the Company’s Senior Leadership Team. Mr. Min succeeds E.J. Wunsch, who was appointed as the Company’s President, International in June 2024.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
