The terms of the shareholders agreement provide Hydro-Québec with the right to put its ownership interests in the Dana TM4 joint venture to Dana at fair market value. On May 6, 2024, Hydro-Québec provided Dana with its put notice. The fair market value and the transaction closing date will be determined in accordance with the provisions of the shareholders agreement.
