After helping the Company successfully complete the spin-off of NCR Atleos Corporation, Ms. Kiser has decided to focus on her other commitments following the 2024 Annual Meeting but will continue as a member of the Board until the 2024 Annual Meeting. Ms. Kiser’s decision not to stand for re-election is not the result of any disagreement with the Company related to the Company’s operations, policies or procedures.
