On October 12, 2023, Ilan Daskal, the Executive Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company’s principal financial officer, notified the Company of his plans to resign from the Company to pursue another opportunity, effective at the close of business on November 6, 2023. The Company has initiated a search to fill this position.
