Watsco, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “ Company ”), held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “ Annual Meeting ”) on June 5, 2023. The final voting results for the proposals submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows:
