On April 11, 2023, Belinda Johnson provided notice of her decision to not stand for re-election as a member of the Board of Directors of Airbnb, Inc. (the “Company”) when her current term expires at the Company’s 2023 annual meeting of stockholders. Ms. Johnson’s decision to not stand for re-election is not related to any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
