Other Events. On February 27, 2023, Canadian Pacific Railway Limited (the “Corporation”) issued a press release following the passing of David Starling, who had been acting as the Kansas City Southern (“KCS”) trustee of the KCS voting trust and who had previously served as KCS chief executive officer. With Mr. Starling’s passing, CP shortly will be pursuing the appointment of a replacement voting trustee. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.   ITEM 9.01.
