Other Events.
On February 2, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company’s board of directors declared a cash dividend of $1.30 per share on the Company’s common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on March 1, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 13, 2023. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
