Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 2, 2022, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of the Corporation declared a fourth quarter 2022 cash dividend of $0.51 per share of common stock, payable on January 6, 2023, to the Corporation’s stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 20, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
