Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws The Company’s Board of Directors approved the Seventh Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Company, effective July 21, 2022. The amendment increased the mandatory retirement age for directors from 72 to 74. The full text of the Seventh Amended and Restated Bylaws is attached hereto as Exhibit 3(ii), with the amendments shown in redlined format.   Item 9.01.
