Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. Watsco, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “ Company ”), held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “ Annual Meeting ”) on June 6, 2022. The final voting results for the proposals submitted to a vote of the Company’s shareholders at the Annual Meeting are as follows: Proposal 1.
