Other Events.
On February 1, 2022, Hubbell Incorporated, a Connecticut corporation (“Hubbell”), issued a press release announcing it completed the sale of its Commercial and Industrial Lighting business to GE Current, a Daintree company. A copy of Hubbell’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 8.01 by reference.
