Pyle has notified Dana Incorporated (“Dana”) that he will resign his position as Executive Vice President and President of Light Vehicle Drive Systems, effective July 9, 2021. Byron Foster, who most recently served as Dana’s senior vice president and chief commercial, marketing, and communications officer, will succeed Mr. Pyle as President, Light Vehicle Drive Systems.
