(e)     On June 23, 2021, at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Apogee Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”), the Company’s shareholders approved an amendment and restatement of the Apogee Enterprises, Inc. 2019 Stock Incentive Plan (the “Plan”) that increased the aggregate number of shares that may be issued under the Plan by 1,000,000 shares, from a total of 1,150,000 shares to 2,150,000 shares.   Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. The Company’s Annual Meeting of shareholders was held on June 23, 2021. The four proposals voted upon at the Annual Meeting are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 11, 2021. The final results for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below.   (1) A proposal to elect three Class II directors for three-year terms expiring at the 2024 annual meeting of shareholders.
