Clarification of First Quarter Dividend Record Date On December 9, 2020, Campbell Soup Company (the “Company”) issued a press release stating, among other things, that its Board of Directors had declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.37 per share on the Company’s capital stock, payable on February 1, 2021 to shareholders of record as of January 9, 2021. As January 9, 2021 falls on a Saturday, the effective record date for the dividend will be the close of business on Friday, January 8, 2021.
