On December 3, 2020, Nucor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the early tender results of its previously announced private offers to exchange certain outstanding debt securities of the Company for a combination of new debt securities of the Company and cash (the “Exchange Offers”). Also on December 3, 2020, the Company issued a news release announcing (i) the pricing terms for the Exchange Offers, (ii) the interest rate for the new debt securities to be issued in the Exchange Offers and (iii) the Company’s acceptance of outstanding debt securities tendered in the Exchange Offers.
