(the “Company”) announced that Jeffrey A. Wilke, CEO Worldwide Consumer, plans to retire from the Company in the first quarter of 2021. Dave Clark, the Company’s current Senior Vice President, Worldwide Operations, will succeed Mr. Wilke as CEO Worldwide Consumer.
