The press release relating to the Senior Notes Offering is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. In addition, the Company announced that it commenced a cash tender offer to repurchase any and all of its $850 million 5.375% Senior Notes due 2024 (CUSIP No. 817565 CB8/ ISIN US817565CB82) (the “ Tender Offer ”). The press release relating to the Tender Offer is attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
