Costs Associated with Exit or Disposal Activities . On May 12, 2020, in connection with its cost-savings initiative, WW International, Inc. (the “Company”) committed to a plan of reduction in force which will result in the elimination of certain positions and termination of employment for certain employees worldwide. The Company anticipates recording restructuring charges in connection with employee termination benefit costs of approximately $12 million (which is expected to consist of general and administrative expenses and operating expenses related to field restructuring) during fiscal 2020. Substantially all of these costs are expected to result in cash expenditures related to separation payments and other employee termination expenses.
