Other Events. On May 12, 2020, Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) appointed Morgan H. Everett as Vice Chair of the Board, effective that day. Ms. Everett has been an employee of the Company since 2004 and has served as a Board member since 2011. She previously served as Vice President of the Company from January 2016 to March 2019 and was promoted to Senior Vice President of the Company in April 2019.
