Stark the Vice-President, Controller of Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) and the Company’s principal accounting officer, notified the Company of his plans to retire from the Company, effective June 5, 2020. Mr. Stark’s retirement concludes thirty six years of service to the Company.
