On January 28, 2020, the Board of Directors of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (the Company) elected Vianei Lopez Braun to the Board of Directors of the Company. Ms. Braun is a shareholder in the law firm of Decker Jones, P.C. based in Fort Worth, Texas. Ms. Braun is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Texas School of Law. It is expected that Ms. Braun will serve on the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors. ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE. On January 28, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the election of Vianei Lopez Braun to the Company’s Board of Directors.
